Heart Space was a new development for Llandrillo College which is a multi-campus college based on the North Wales coast, the Landrillo College of Wales has some 22,000 full and part-time students. Fred Weston Ltd was fortunate enough to be part of the team for the extension to the main entrance to form a new foyer, refectory, Orme View Conference Centre and Restaurant . Work was phased to allow an uninterrupted use of the college.
We worked closely along side Harry Fairclough Ltd and Llandrillo College to provide a complete electrical package with elements ranging from General and Emergency Lighting, Power & IT to BMS & Natural Ventilation controls wiring. The project was completed on time with zero defects.
